Eminent director Puri Jagannadh’s ISM is one of the most awaited flicks in the recent past. Right from the first look poster to the recently released audio, ISM has garnered stunning response from the audience and the critics as well. Nandamuri Kalyan Ram’s mind-blowing change-over for the film has become the talk of the town and he won huge applause for his dedication levels.Well, the film has finally hit the silver screens today. Let’s see whether Puri-Kalyan Ram’s film reached the expectations of the audience.

Kalyan Ram (Kalyan Ram) is a street fighter in an island nation, which is completely owned by a famous international mafia don named Javid Ibrahim. One day, Kalyan Ram comes across Alia Khan, who is the only daughter of Javed Bhai, and starts wooing her.

Within no time, Alia falls for Kalyan Ram and the duo decides to take their relationship to the next level. During the course of events, Kalyan Ram reveals his past story and his true identity as Satya Marthand and his Grand Leakage organization, which forms a huge potential threat to Alias father Javid.

What is the main agenda of Satya Marthand’s Grand Leakage? What happened to Kalyan Ram and Alia’s love story? Forms the rest of the story.

Positive Points:

First of all, our kudos to Puri Jagannadh for creating protagonist role with powerful shade. Second of all, full marks to Nandamuri Kalyan Ram for infusing journalist and street fighter life into an interesting character with his histrionics. In fact, Kalyan Ram has taken a good step in accepting this role, which has an evident influential side and he does full justice to the role. Body language, fights, dialogue delivery, dances and what not – an exemplary versatile show put up by Kalyan Ram. Unarguably his career’s best!

Not only does the actor emotes and dances well, his anger streak and comic timing are top notch too. Aditi Arya gives a decent performance as Kalyan Ram’s muse and looks pretty in every frame. Jagapathi Babu plays a serious role with great conviction. Dialogues written by Puri are worth mentioning. Anoop Rubens music score fits perfectly to the story narrative.

Direction by Puri Jagannadh makes a great story look appealing onscreen. The pre-climax twist is the true asset of this film.

Negative Aspects:

Nothing significant to mention

Kalyan Ram & Puri Jagannadh gift fans a sensible, powerful, and versatile commercial film. You can watch it for the pre-climax twist, Puri’s powerful dialogues and Kalyan Ram’s career best performance!
