Megastar Chiranjeevi’s comeback film ‘Khaidi No 150’ is doing fantastic pre-release business even before it has wrapped up its shoot. According to latest reports, producer Ram Charan has clinched staggering deals for the theatrical rights of the movie in overseas and India.
Apparently, the overseas theatrical rights have been sold for a whopping Rs 13.5 Cr. On the domestic front, rights for Vizag fetched around Rs 7.7 Cr, Guntur 6.3 Cr, East 5.7 Cr, West 5 Cr, Krishna 5 Cr and Nellore 3.2 Cr. The overall collection including Nizam and Ceded is summing up to Rs 60 Cr. An additional Rs 20 Cr is expected from other states.
The film needs to do a business of Rs 84 crores to become a safe venture for its makers. Given the craze Chiru enjoys in the Telugu states, It must be a cake walk for this mega venture to break even.
