Railway Raju (Sree Vishnu) is an aspiring cricketer, who desperately waits for getting selected into Ranji Team from Hyderabad. On the other side, Imtiaz (Nara Rohith) is a police officer who fights against the Naxals. Due to some reasons Railway Raju gets arrested and later turns a murderer which make him lose his opportunity of getting placed in Ranji cricket team. Slowly a fight starts between Imtiaz and Raju. Who wins the war?What made Raju turn a criminal? Why did Imtiaz target Raju? That forms the rest of the story.
Sree Vishnu and Nara Rohith have given solid performances in the film. While Vishnu impresses as an honest guy who later gets on to the wrong track, Nara Rohith entertains the audiences with his aggressiveness.
The writing of Appatlo Okadundevadu can be called as one of the best writings in the recent times. The film has an excellent story. At the same time, the screenplay is unique and impressive. The unconventional screenplay of the film is a major highlight. The dialogues are simple and good.
Technically, the film is excellent. The production values of the film could have been better. The Music composed by Sai Karthik is good. All the songs are good to listen, and they were captured very well. The Cinematography by Naveen Yadav is impressive. The editing is by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao is sharp. The background score of the film is extraordinary, and it elevated all the main scenes of the film.
Few ups and downs in first half. Nothing more to point out. Some scenes have been chopped off easily.
Appatlo Okadundevadu is engaging, emotional and entertaining ride. Watch it for Nara Rohit’s aggressiveness and action.
